Our pricing is based upon the number of bedrooms, views, amenities within the unit and the time of year.
Maroochy Sands consists of 10 floors of fully self contained 2 and 3 bedroom North facing apartments. Each apartment has a glorious view of the ocean, hinterland or our magical pool area.

Our kitchens are fully self contained with microwaves and full stoves, laundries have a washing machine and dryer, DVD players, and some apartments have stereos. Austar will be online in early December. All linen is provided - just bring your beach towels. |

All two bedroom apartments have a minimum of 1 queen/double in the master bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. Some two bedrooms can sleep additional people with the use of double bunks or trio beds. Our three bedroom apartments are all located on the Eastern corner of the building |

Electric BBQs are provided in the beautiful pool area for guest's convenience. Relax and enjoy a quiet drink in this beautifully landscaped area, with a large heated swimming pool, small wading pool and lots of space to soak up the glorious sunshine |
