Bookings - Terms & Conditions

Dear Guests,

Thank you for choosing to stay at Maroochy Sands Holiday Units and enjoy the holiday spirit of the Sunshine Coast.

For all guests to enjoy there stay we have put together information about the complex that you should be aware of before you book and during your stay.

By occuping Maroochy Sands Holiday Units the Guests have agreed to the following:

Guests:

• maximum number of occupants for 2 bedroom unit is 4 persons, for 3 bedroom unit is 6 person
• one car per unit per booking in security car park
• deposit for Units must be paid within 7 days of check in
• No deposit refund if cancellation occurs within 30 days before occupation
• Check in at 2.00 pm & check out 10.00 am on the day
• please secure your Car and Units to discourage theiving
• Body Corporate suggest that all By Laws are adhered to 
• the Management has the right to refuse and/or refund bookings and/or they may terminate the accommadation at any time without or with reason and/or may or may not refer you to other accommadation and no refund

In Units:

• please look after the Units as if they were yours
• please no smoking in units as the following guests maybe non smokers
• please dispose of garbage down shute at end of breezeway on each floor
• please no noise from units after 9.00 am or before 7.00 am
• please report misbehaviour to security guards
• please report any maintenance

Common Property:

• no noise from units after 9.00 pm or before 7.00 am
• no littering on common property
• security cameras installed
• security guard nightly
• occupants will be removed from premise for misbehaviour
• no alcohol on common property

Pool & BBQ Area:

• children must be supervised at all times
• area closes at 9.00pm open at 7.00am daily
• no glass within 2 meters of pool
• no smoking in eating areas
• pool heated to 27*c
• clean BBQs after use
